(NYSE: ALEX) approved a second quarter 2023 dividend of $0.20 (twenty cents) per share, an increase of 1-cent per share from the first quarter 2023 dividend of $0.19 per share and the second consecutive quarterly rate increase. The quarterly dividend increase reflects strong first quarter commercial real estate results and expected performance for the remainder of 2023. The dividend is payable on June 6, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 17, 2023.
